Quick Help

Subscriptions

– Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Protocol to manage or cancel your plan.

Meal scanning issues

– Make sure the full plate is visible and lighting is good. You can edit macros after a scan inside the app.

Body scans

– Enable camera access and scan in good lighting with tight clothing for best results.
